-This gift certificate is not redeemable for cash or any cash equivalent.
-It can only be used for the specified services or products mentioned on the certificate.
-Appointments must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
-The certificate holder must call or book online to make a reservation, and the booking is subject to availability.
-Availability for redemption may be limited, especially during peak hours or specific days of the week.
-Only one gift certificate may be redeemed per household.
-Multiple certificates cannot be combined for a single transaction.
-Expired certificates will not be honored, and no extensions will be granted.
-The hours covered by this gift certificate must be used consecutively during a single visit.
-Splitting the hours across multiple visits is not permitted.
-We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged certificates.
-Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
-These certificates have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other services or products.
-The free session covers basic concierge services, such as information assistance, light cleaning, laundry folding, basic meal prep, and help with household pets.
-Any additional services or products not covered by the gift certificate must be paid for separately at the time of redemption.
-If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Failure to cancel within the specified time may result in the forfeiture of the certificate.
